What we Do
TALEO facilitates sustainable livelihood by enhancing individuals ability to provide for themselves in a viably long manner. TALEO approach on sustainable livelihood is based on five livelihood capital that people draw upon to sustain their livelihood;
Women’s Empowerment
TALEO focusing in helping women to empower themselves through education and training,
capacity building, awareness activities and facilitation of self-help groups like VSLAs that can
help them to start a small business and enhance their livelihood
Youths Inclusion
“At TALEO, we prioritize youth inclusion, empowering young individuals to lead in sustainable livelihood projects, ensuring their voices are heard and fostering a more equitable society.”
Children, Adolescents and Youths Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
TALEO champions sexual and reproductive health rights for children, adolescents, and youths through education and advocacy, ensuring access to essential healthcare services and information.

To facilitates many approaches people can take to transition to environmental sustainability. These include maintaining ecosystem services, reducing food waste, promoting dietary shifts towards plant-based foods, promoting new green technologies, and adopting renewable energy sources while phasing out subsidies to fossil fuels
To advocate for women's and youths opportunities for sustainable livelihoods
Our advocacy prioritizes creating opportunities for women and youth in sustainable livelihoods. By promoting initiatives such as plant-based diets and renewable energy, we aim to ensure equal access to resources and support for a more equitable and sustainable future.
